We are seeking to appoint a Postdoctoral Research Associate to work as part of the research team, at Liverpool
http://www.liv.ac.uk/stephensoninstitute/ focusing on the development of Nitride Photovoltaic Materials for Full Spectrum Utilization. You should have a PhD in Physics or a closely related subject. Experience in x-ray diffraction and reciprocal space mapping for structural/compositional characterisation of epitaxial thin films is essential and experience of optical and electrical characterisation of semiconductors is highly desirable. The post is available for 21 months.
