я в таком же недоумении не понимаю почему на сайте журнала вхождение в ВОС не указано. Но я вчера этот журнал конкретно по ВОС посмотрела. Статьи за 2014 год там уже лежат. Да, и импакт-фактор за 2013 год есть (я привела). Трудно сказать что это и почему..

зы. просто мой емейл, видимо, попал в какие-то рассылки, вот и присылают каждый день ерунду. Это я привела пример разнообразного научного спама, чтобы никто не попадался на подобное.
